Learn to Cook…. meat and fish 10-2 £66 lunch included

These half day workshops are designed for complete beginners and will help you master basic skills in the kitchen. Using knives correctly is also an essential part of this workshop.

As well as cooking delicious recipes we will also talk about what flavours work well together, and why, and help you to use your own judgement so that cooking becomes simple and intuitive rather than having to always follow a recipe.

The aim is that by the end of each session you will not only have increased your knowledge but also your confidence to cook simple fresh dishes at home.

There are 3 of these workshops.  1 – covers soups and vegetables, 2 -covers meat and fish, and 3 – desserts but each may be booked independently.
