A chocoholics dream! This workshop will teach you how to temper chocolate to create stunning chocolate boxes, make the perfect chocolate soufflé (with homemade chocolate ice cream – demonstrated) and a rich chocolate tart with chocolate sweet pastry. We will eat the soufflé with lunch but do bring containers for the tart and chocolate box.
A light lunch will be provided of homemade soup and the school’s own sourdough with cheese and fruit.
The workshop starts promptly at 10am and finishes at 2pm.
Please note, this workshop is suitable for vegetarians. It isn’t suitable for vegans. It may be suitable for coeliacs – the sweet pastry can be made with gluten free flour. Please email us if you need to know more about the allergens in this course.
All refreshments, equipment, recipes and aprons are provided Please wear flat shoes with a closed toe – this is for your safety and comfort, we will be on our feet most of the time.
