“I attended my very first workshop (fish) just over a year ago, and my most recent one only a week ago! Although I wrote a review last September, I’ve had the joy of another 5 workshops since then,
and I’ve really loved each one – Italian, Middle Eastern, Thai street food, Indian street food, and knife skills. There isn’t one workshop that I don’t still cook something from, or utilise skills from, now. Robin’s passion, knowledge and enthusiasm continues to be so infectious. Seeing the photos and videos of his travels, and hearing all about his discoveries and interactions with the local people, really intensifies the immersion into the cuisine of the day.
It really is a type of food therapy for me!
